Refund policy
We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. We remind you that our goal is to promote conscious consumption, so we encourage you to resolve any questions before making your purchase.
Return Policy:
- To initiate a return, send an email to azabalateam@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our policy allows you to request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
- It is important to present your receipt or proof of purchase when requesting a return.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, unaltered and unwashed. Items must be returned with their original labels and packaging.
Process
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure that the return process is optimal until it reaches our warehouse.
Returns will be processed within 5-10 working days after receipt of the package.
The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
International Policy:
- Taxes and duties applicable to shipments outside the EU must be paid by the customer.
- If the customer decides to refuse a package due to these costs, the customer will be responsible for the shipping, return and handling costs.
Damage and problems
- Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
- The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.
- If you wish to request an exchange, you can exchange one item for another, receive a voucher for future purchases in our shop, or request a refund. Remember to bring the order confirmation, received by email, which indicates the price of the items. If the items to be returned are gifts, ask the person who gave them to you to provide you with the order confirmation.
Refunds
- We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post the refund.

Parcel Delivery
- Orders leave the warehouse within 48/72 hours (estimated time depending on sales volume and season) after payment confirmation. We use courier services that provide customers with a tracking number so that they can track their shipment from the moment it leaves our warehouses.
- If you would like a specific shipping method, please contact us before placing your order.
- If a parcel is listed as delivered and you cannot locate it, you should contact the courier company for further information.
- Note: We are not responsible for colour discrepancies due to screen settings.
